Artist Introduction

The Atelier is active mainly in Naha city, Okinawa Japan.

In May 2023, I’ve learned “Hariko (it’s inherited from the Genroku, Edo period)” by Mr. Hashimoto who is the head of the “Takashiba DECO-yashiki Daikoku-ya” family from the basics in Miharu town, Fukushima prefecture.

After I learned, I came back to Okinawa and have started creating “Hariko” using “Getto” Sell Ginger paper/Alpinia zerumbet (this is the Okinawan traditional paper) since Sep 2023.

I’ve just started to open my Atelier though, I believe that my Hariko dolls/products are the best items and have confidence in my works, so they are the best qualities!

Currently located in Naha city “Zakka-ya TanTan”, located in Umikaji terrace in Senaga Island “Shisa-Chuui”, they are dealing in my Hariko dolls.
